We're headed back to the Catskill Plateau for an overnight camp deep in the woods. We leave from Hudson, NY and camp at the lean-to shelter near the peak of Huntersfield Mountain. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the most challenging ride of our season because we start at sea level and camp at 3400ft with roughly 40 miles and lots of climbing in between. Day 2 we descend to town for food at a diner, and then complete our return journey of roughly 60 miles.
